Thristo App — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Thristo, a hyper-local fashion marketplace that connects customers with local fashion stores and provides same-day delivery. By accessing or using the Thristo Customer App, Store App, or any related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using the Thristo app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.

Marketplace Services: Thristo provides a platform for customers to browse and purchase fashion products, store onboarding and product listing services, and delivery partner services enabling same-day delivery.

Product Information: All product details, photographs, prices, and descriptions are provided by partner stores. Thristo is not responsible for inaccuracies or misrepresentations made by stores.

Limited Product Credits: Partner stores receive limited product credits (for example, 20 credits) to list their items.

4. Order Placement & Fulfillment

Order Flow:

  1. The store receives the order and can confirm or decline it.
  2. Once confirmed, the store begins preparing the order.
  3. When ready, the store marks the order Accepted, triggering rider allocation.
  4. Delivery partner picks up (Collected) and delivers the order (Delivered).

Cancellations: Customers can cancel the order before the store accepts it. Once accepted, cancellation may not be allowed. Stores may decline orders due to unavailability.

Deliveries: Thristo works with delivery partners for same-day delivery. Delivery times may vary based on availability, distance, and store readiness.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments: Payments are processed through integrated payment gateways. Stores receive weekly settlements after deducting applicable commissions.

Refunds: Refunds for prepaid orders follow payment gateway policies and may take 5–7 business days depending on the bank or payment provider. For COD orders, refund processing may be through bank transfer or store credit.

Fraud Prevention: Thristo reserves the right to withhold or decline refunds in cases of fraudulent activity.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, avoid misuse of the platform, not engage in fraudulent orders or malicious activities, and respect store and delivery partner policies.

7. Store Responsibilities (Store Admin App)

Stores agree to provide accurate product details, fulfill orders promptly, maintain product quality and packaging standards, and generate valid invoices for every order.

8. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Delivery partners (third-party) agree to safely collect and deliver products and follow Thristo guidelines for order handling. Thristo is not responsible for delays caused by delivery partners, traffic, or other external factors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the Thristo app—including logos, visuals, design, and branding—is the intellectual property of Thristo Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Thristo is not liable for damaged or defective products (store responsibility), delays in delivery, payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways, or losses resulting from user negligence (e.g., sharing OTP/login credentials).

11. Modifications to Terms

Thristo may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
