Returns & Refunds
Thristo connects customers with local partner stores and delivery partners. Return and refund eligibility can depend on the product category, store policies, and the status of your order.
1. Before you request a return
- Check the item at the time of delivery whenever possible.
- Keep tags, packaging, and invoice (if provided) intact.
- For size/fit issues, availability of exchange depends on the partner store.
2. Common eligible cases
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items from the order
- Damaged item at delivery (report as soon as possible)
- Quality issue (subject to store verification)
3. Refund timelines
Prepaid orders: refunds are processed via the payment gateway and may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
COD orders: refund processing may be via bank transfer or store credit depending on the case and store policy.
Fraud prevention: Thristo may withhold or decline refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
4. How to get help
If you need help with a return or refund, contact support and share your order ID and a short description of the issue (photos can help for damage/quality cases).
